The Role Due to unprecedented market growth over the last 24 months and an enviable project pipeline, we have multiple exciting opportunities within our Adelaide, South Australia office. We’re keen to connect with Structural Engineers with 10+ years of experience, either locally or who are willing to relocate “Down Under” to join our team and support our growing business in the buoyant Australian market. Visa Sponsorship opportunities exist for candidates who are residents of New Zealand, United Kingdom, Republic of South Africa, United States of America and Canada. These positions will be integral to the business, involving structural engineering design across all project phases and being a key member of the business leadership team to develop client relationships and enhance market presence. Key Responsibilities Structural engineering design on a wide range of projects across numerous market sectors. Establishing and maintaining personal relationships within the local market. Collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors on projects. Managing projects, including fee estimates, tender submissions, technical documentation, project scheduling, and achieving budgets and deadlines under senior staff guidance. Providing technical input to projects as required. Attending site meetings and inspections as needed. Ideal Candidate We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with the following characteristics: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in structural engineering design and project delivery. Demonstrated leadership experience in engineering consultancy. IStructE or Chartered Engineering credential. A well-rounded structural engineering skill set with a keen interest in further developing these skills. The capability to liaise confidently and clearly with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong work ethic to achieve collective results. An agile, outcomes-oriented project delivery focus.
