About The Role A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced employment lawyer to join a highly regarded Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety team. Working alongside a high calibre team you will engage in high-end and complex employment law matters, providing strategic legal advice across a diverse range of workplace issues. Key Responsibilities Advising clients on employment agreements, policies, and procedures. Managing industrial relations matters and workplace disputes. Providing guidance on termination, grievances, and disciplinary processes. Interpreting employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth). Handling litigation matters such as unfair dismissal, general protections, and breach of contract claims. About You 3 years + of post-qualification experience in employment law (private practice or in-house). Strong technical knowledge of workplace relations and employment law. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and clients. Strong organisational and time management skills.
