Key Responsibilities: Identifying and resolving logical network infrastructure issues at customer sites Installing, commissioning and decommissioning network infrastructure equipment Carrying out scheduled maintenance on networking infrastructure Creating and implementing network changes for projects and normal operations Communicating with customers, network engineers, and third-party support vendors You'll need to have: Customer focus to deliver excellent customer service Experience working with the following networking technologies is essential: Routing and switching Wireless Firewalls Software Defined WAN (e.g. Meraki) Network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds Ability to clearly communicate at all levels of the business and with third-party support vendors Be a positive and contributing member of a professional networking team Willingness to be part of an after-hours on-call roster If you don't match the experience above 100%, that’s ok!
