Responsibilities: Generate leads in your designated region through development of local networks and the building of commercial relationships in medical, hospital, aged care and disability markets. Provide product advice, demonstrations, quotes and direct sales. Build and maintain relationships with key target groups including Allied Health Therapists, Hospital Discharge coordinators, Support Coordinators, Aged Care and other corporate clients. Provide expert product advice and sales support. Assist therapists and clients to find product solutions to enhance independence, wellbeing and quality of life. Arrange trials and demonstrate complex care products to customers in various settings including their homes and aged care communities. Provide quotes, sell products and provide post-sales support. Maintain detailed record of contacts, customer records and activities. Report on a weekly and monthly basis against performance targets. You are a member of a dynamic Head Office-based team growing sales, hire and services to our Aged Care community coupled with a designated infield sales region. You are empathetic, enthusiastic with a can-do attitude who presents professionally, communicates effectively and has a strong commitment to customer service and helping others. With a strong sense of team, you will develop positive relationships with clients, suppliers and the Medimart team. You will continuously develop your knowledge and expertise in medical, therapy, mobility and aids to daily living products. Provide back up for retail stores during periods of staff shortage as directed. We will provide full on-the-job training. This role will suit someone who has prior experience working in aged care or the disability sector and has sales experience.
