The position of Associate Geotechnical Engineer dictates business development, resource management, technical ability, and mentorship of juniors. Being involved in management, you will be responsible for geotechnical advice for project delivery as well as the coordination of Junior Engineers, Contractors, and Clients. DUTIES. Produce geotechnical designs, assessments, and analysis. Provide insight and advice throughout a project’s lifecycle. Coordinate site visits, investigations, and geotechnical testing. Prepare tenders and proposals and be involved in business development. Train, mentor, and guide Junior Geotechnical Engineers. Develop and manage forecast and budgets. Assist in recruitment needs. Contribute to the organization's development within business strategies and objectives. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Relevant Degree qualification within Civil Engineering or Engineering Geology. Prior management experience. Proven local experience with project planning and delivery. Valid Australian Driving License. Strong Business Acumen. Understanding of Quality and OH&S systems. CULTURE.
