The Team As a leader in trust-based services to the public sector, our Finance, Risk & Cyber (FRC) team supports clients to achieve outcomes on issues such as organisational and program integrity, cyber risk, workforce and people-related risk, integrity of data, commitment to sustainability and climate change, as well as the efficiency and effectiveness of transformation programs. Within this team, our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) practice supports our clients to manage, optimise or mitigate risk in a proactive and sustainable way. We work with clients to establish fit for purpose governance arrangements; de-risk operations, programs or new initiatives; design and implement bespoke assurance and compliance programs; and support clients implement technology platforms to support effective risk management. In this role, you will create value by: Supporting the delivery of engagements with government and for-purpose clients with multi-disciplinary teams. Working closely with government and for-purpose clients to provide advice, implementation, and assurance over program design, processes, controls and tools/technology for effective governance, risk, and compliance management. Demonstrating a curious mindset, willingness for continuous learning and innovation. Building relationships with peers and colleagues within Finance, Risk, and Cyber and other capabilities to drive client value. Demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions. Continuous learning in emerging trends within governance, risk and compliance, including eGRC platforms, artificial Intelligence, and process automation. Working closely with our clients to discuss, understand, and diagnose organisational challenges. Technically, you will bring to the position: 1 - 4 years of demonstrated governance, risk and compliance, investigations or audit experience in professional services, financial services, not-for-profits or government organisations. Qualifications in accounting, business, behavioural economics, legal, organisational psychology, risk management, governance, compliance, investigations, evaluation, fraud or audit preferred. Strong communications and interpersonal skills. Experience in one or more dimensions of contemporary governance, risk, and compliance elements (e.g. framework design and implementation, regulatory compliance and enforcement, enterprise risk management, compliance, assurance, audit, evaluation, governance, eGRC platforms, and behavioural risk). Due to the nature of the work, you must be an Australian citizen and eligible to obtain an Australian Government issued clearance.
