So aspiring homeowners can focus more on their home and less on their loan. About the Role Are you a recent graduate, a final-year university student, or someone eager to launch a career in finance? We’re looking for motivated individuals to join us as an Associate Home Finance Specialist. In this role, you’ll work closely with our team of Home Finance Specialists, gaining hands-on experience in communication, finance, and sales. You'll develop essential skills to identify prospective customers. What You'll Be Responsible For Determine which prospective customers are most likely to purchase the organization's product/service, using a lead-specific qualification framework. Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers. Execute on designed touchpoints in the customer journey by developing content, delivering product demonstrations, and other tactics to nurture prospects. Skills You'll Need Persuades others to shift their views and/or behaviours with the goal of reaching consensus.
