About the Role: This Associate | Hydraulics position is a key leadership role within the team, offering a unique opportunity to shape and deliver innovative hydraulic solutions for complex, high-profile projects. As part of the engineering team, you will guide the design and implementation of cutting-edge projects across multiple sectors including residential, mixed-use developments, data centres, and more. You’ll be integral to the project's success, collaborating closely with other departments and stakeholders, and ensuring delivery to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage hydraulics design and delivery for a variety of high-impact projects. Ensure effective project delivery from inception to completion, meeting time, quality, and budget goals. Provide specialized technical knowledge and guidance on building services, particularly in hydraulics systems. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or relevant Hydraulic Design qualification. 8+ years of professional engineering experience in Australia. Proven leadership in project delivery, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to contribute independently and deliver high-quality outcomes across the full project lifecycle.
