You will also be involved in providing expert advice to both private and public sector clients, assisting with land development and commercial property matters. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the review, drafting, and negotiation of property-related agreements, including contracts, leases, licences, and development agreements. Advise clients on a broad range of commercial property transactions, including advising landowners on development matters. Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality legal advice to public and private sector clients across various industries. Provide clear and commercially focused legal solutions in a fast-paced environment. The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for an experienced lawyer with: 2-4+ years of experience in commercial property or real estate law within a private practice setting. Strong academic background and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to draft and review property-related agreements such as contracts of sale, leases, and development agreements. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively. A collaborative and energetic approach to their work.
