We have thriving family law, wills and estates, litigation, criminal, banking and property practices with a focus on personalised, straightforward, and quality services to clients. We have offices in Ballarat and Melbourne CBD. What we're looking for You will have experience in family law, with an ability to run simple files independently, and more complex files in collaboration with one of our partners. You will be able to manage the complex personality and relationship dynamics of family law clients, adjusting your style and communication to the client's specific needs. You will give reasonable and proportionate advice, while also being able to be a firm advocate for our clients. You will do simple appearances for our clients, briefing counsel for complex matters and hearings. Within the team, you will share your experience with junior lawyers, teaching and sharing your experience and insight.
