This Australian-owned firm boasts an impressive global presence across multiple sectors, including building structures, transport and infrastructure, resources, façades, and urban civil projects.As a senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success, developing client relationships, and leading a well-established and dynamic Brisbane team. The focus will be on urban and commercial civil projects, encompassing a diverse portfolio that could include footpaths, carparks, drainage, roads, and more.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage urban and commercial civil projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, councils, and contractors. Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of excellence. Drive project delivery while ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to deadlines. About You To excel in this role, you should bring:12+ years’ experience in civil engineering, preferably within urban or commercial projects. Proven leadership and client management skills. Experience working with builders, councils, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities. Associate-level experience or readiness to step into this role (Director-level candidates will also be considered). Why Join Us?
