Stryker, a global leader in medical technology, is seeking an Associate Manager – Supply Planning to oversee a team of approximately 6 and drive operational excellence. Location: Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane What You’ll Do: Oversee Supply Planning: Manage and optimize the inbound flow of materials to meet production and engineering requirements. Lead a Team: Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of 12 supply planning professionals to achieve exceptional results. Drive Efficiency: Streamline supply chain processes and collaborate cross-functionally to meet service goals. Strategize: Contribute to long-term planning and implement initiatives that improve operations. Planning Parameters: Manage planning parameters, including ABC classification, safety stock levels, lead time, and product launch/obsolescence. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other Operations groups to ensure seamless coordination. Operational Responsibilities: Maintain documented procedures, drive lean initiatives, and ensure compliance with company, legal, and ethical standards. What You’ll Need: 5+ years in supply chain or planning roles, with proven experience managing teams. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business or related field (or equivalent experience). Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Strong understanding of supply planning processes and contract development. Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and drive improvements. Why Join Stryker?
