The Team: Nurse led Outpatient clinical environment Excellent preceptor/mentor environment to advance to Specialist Renal Nursing Great work life balance; open 6 days a week Monday to Saturday, inclusive of morning and afternoon shifts The Role: The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) is an experienced nurse who, within the defined area of practice: works in partnership with the NUM and other senior staff, to ensure the efficient and effective provision of care based on best practice principles within a collaborative and multidisciplinary framework. assists the NUM with the planning and management of staff and resources and provides operational leadership through the coordination of the day to day patient care activities, including patient flow. The ANUM is accountable for own practice standards and acts as a role model and mentor for all staff and encourages and supports staff to develop their skills and knowledge. Comply at all times with THS policy and protocol requirements, in particular those relating to mandatory education, training and assessment. Details of appointment: Permanent full time shift worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as we can onboard you. *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies. Salary: $106,570 to $112,440 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023. In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available: Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10 % based on qualification type Salary Packaging: You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible. Benefits available to eligible candidates: Payment of $15,000 staged over three years is available for Nurses and Midwives who move to Tasmania from interstate and remain employed full time for three years or more, on top of relocation allowance already available. Travel and relocation assistance support available up to $15,000 for eligible appointees from overseas, and up to $10,000 for appointees from interstate.
