The Team: Mersey-Leven Community Health Nursing and Home Care service (MLCHN& HCS) operates within a primary Health framework to deliver nursing and home care services to clients within our catchment area. Nursing care includes medication assistance, management of chronic and complex wounds, management of venous access devices, indwelling and suprapubic catheter changes and management, palliative care, post-acute care following discharge from hospital and medication management. Mersey-Leven Community Health Nursing and Home Care Service is an integrated team who support each other and maintain a positive work culture. The Role: The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) is an experienced nurse who, within the defined area of practice: Works in partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) and other senior staff to ensure the efficient and effective provision of care. Assists the NUM with the planning and management of staff and resources and provides operational leadership through the coordination of day-to-day patient care activities. Details of appointment: Permanent, part time, day worker position, working 32 hours per fortnight, commencing March 2025. *Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Salary: $106,570 to $112,440 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
