To excel in this role, you will bring: Qualifications : Registration or eligibility for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with a current practising certificate. Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and adapt creatively to challenges. Experience : At least 3 years of post-registration experience or current classification as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife, with proven expertise in relevant nursing practice and supervising less experienced staff. Knowledge : Solid understanding of relevant legislation, standards, ethics, and quality improvement systems, along with awareness of contemporary nursing/midwifery and healthcare issues.
