Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join the Outpatient Services team. About the Role: An exciting opportunity exists for an Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join the Outpatient team at Northern Health. This role is responsible for: Management of a range of specialist clinics Safe delivery of care to non-admitted patients Safe supervision of EEN practice Support to NUM with management and leadership of nursing staff To be successful in this role you will have: Experience and good working knowledge of clinical nursing care in a hospital environment Demonstrated understanding of the principles of both Management and Leadership Proven ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team Demonstrated experience and knowledge of specialist clinics Excellent communication skills, written and verbal including sound conflict resolution skills Ability to work independently and provide supervision to the EEN workforce Next Steps: If this opportunity sounds like the next step in your career, then we would love to hear from you.
