We’re seeking a passionate Associate Nurse Unit Manager (AN-ACC) to support the Nurse Unit Manager in guiding a dedicated team within the Care of the Older Person. In this role, you will: Lead AN-ACC assessments and ensure new admissions are assessed and have person-centred care plans within 14 days. Attend high-risk meetings and daily huddles to stay informed about changes in consumer care needs. Provide essential support and education to clinical staff, including Leecare EMR training. As a Registered Nurse/Midwife, you'll deliver nursing and midwifery services across various settings, continually developing your skills and guiding less experienced staff. Your responsibilities will also include: Promoting continuity and consistency of care in collaboration with other ANUMs and the Nurse Unit Manager. Assisting with the implementation of practice changes. Eligibility The successful applicant will be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. They will also have at least 3 years post registration nursing experience or be currently classified as a clinical Nurse/Midwife.
