This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of emergency nursing and make a lasting impact on healthcare. As Associate Professor/ Professor of Emergency Nursing, you will provide strategic and research leadership, driving progress in emergency care through impactful research, community engagement, and collaborative partnerships. You’ll lead a dynamic team, support students and staff, and contribute to the global healthcare agenda. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor in emergency nursing research Secure competitive research funding and lead significant projects Foster interdisciplinary collaborations and partnerships Contribute to the academic leadership at Alfred Health and Monash University Who We’re Looking For A leading authority in emergency care research with a doctoral qualification and a strong publication record Proven experience in securing research funding and leading large, interdisciplinary research projects A registered nurse with the vision to shape the future of nursing and cancer care To be considered for this position the successful applicant must hold current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
