The Role: Associate Startup Advisor (Internship) In this role, you’ll work alongside our Startup Advisors to support founders throughout their startup journey. From assisting with account management to helping craft essential commercial assets, you’ll play a vital role in our Accelerate Program and gain real-world experience in startup advisory, business development, and community engagement. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Support Founders: Assist Startup Advisors in guiding founders on their journey, helping manage accounts and deliver key outcomes. Create Commercial Assets: Contribute to creating pitch decks, business plans, and other documents critical to founder success. Community Engagement: Help manage our 6,000+ member Apollo founder community, ensuring it remains active and valuable. Workshops & Events: Plan and attend workshops on startup-related topics, engaging with founders and industry experts. Growth Marketing: Promote Hyper events, source promising founders for our programs, and drive engagement through creative outreach. Ecosystem Building: Act as a liaison between founders, alumni, and Hyper’s wider network, fostering strong relationships. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our advisory and product teams, contributing to project success and founder satisfaction. What We’re Looking For (Skills & Requirements) Final-Year Student: Currently completing a Commerce or Business Degree, able to work in industry as part of a Work Integrated Learning program with your University (unpaid internship). Startup Passion: A strong interest in the tech startup ecosystem and innovation. Engaged & Ambitious: Prior involvement in startups (e.g. internships, events, networking) and a drive to build a career in Startup Development , Account Management , or Consulting Proactive & Independent: A self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to take initiative.
