We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our team and contribute to ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. Role Overview: As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing testing strategies, identifying bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets quality standards. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, automation testing, and CI/CD platforms will play a vital role in delivering high-quality software solutions. Role Description: You will work closely with QA engineers, developers, and clients to establish quality standards, drive innovation in testing procedures, and troubleshoot issues. The role involves creating test plans, analyzing systems, and documenting testing progress while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction. Detailed Job Description: Review and analyze software and system specifications. Develop and create test plans and strategies aligned with development requirements. Identify and document bugs, errors, and issues, providing accurate reports. Run debugging programs to fix defects and update bug databases. Ensure effective test data management and alignment with Agile methodology. Conduct API/REST testing and automation using Selenium with C#, SpecFlow, and RestSharp. Work on a CI/CD platform, such as Azure DevOps, to ensure seamless integration and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Set and uphold quality standards while providing feedback on software design. Research and implement new testing processes and technologies. Document testing procedures, progress, and results for transparency and accountability. Interact with clients to understand product requirements and provide updates. Mandatory Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology. 6+ years of QA experience. Domain knowledge in asset management, fleet management, or novated leasing is a plus. Experience with CI/CD platforms, specifically Azure DevOps. Proficiency in Selenium with C#, SpecFlow, and RestSharp. Strong knowledge of QA processes, methodologies, and Agile practices. Expertise in API/REST testing and effective test data management.
