A great opportunity currently exists as we are seeking two individuals, either at the Associate or Senior Associate level, to join our Brisbane-based health team. The team is led nationally by Shane Evans who is highly regarded and recognised for his in-depth understanding of health regulation, disputes and reputational matters. We have a diverse and well-established client base, including government, public and private sector health services, medical defence organisations, aged care providers and human services. You will advise them on a range of claims including medical negligence, coronial inquests, ombudsman complaints, regulatory investigations, system reviews, risk management and policy advice.
