We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Banking & Finance team in Sydney working with Andrew Johnston . About the team and the work The team advises on the full spectrum of financing and security arrangements, including real estate finance, corporate & acquisition finance, restructuring, project and infrastructure finance, structured trade and receivables, derivatives and Islamic finance. You will be involved in a mix of strong work from 'Big 4' domestic and foreign banks, major private lenders and blue-chip sponsors. We advise on significant local and cross-border financings across a variety of business sectors. The team are part of a full-service national law firm, and we use that to our advantage, drawing on expertise from our colleagues in tax structuring, M&A, Property, IP and technology, insolvency, planning, construction and other practice areas. You will have strong experience managing financing transactions, ideally focused on real estate financings and corporate acquisition financings. You will possess high attention to detail, solid drafting skills and a client focused approach.
