Job Description The role This role presents a unique opportunity for the right candidate to join our Commercial Litigation team based in Perth, as an Associate. Working within a market recognised team of 4 Partners and with an experienced Senior Associate, our collaborative and growing office offers the prospect of working on complex disputes matters and plenty of opportunities for professional growth. This role will involve working on a variety of intellectually challenging disputes that are diverse and interesting. As a member of this team, you will be involved in a broad range of matters mostly within the Commodities sector including resources clients and commercial litigation. Desired Skills and Experience About you If you have approx 3-4 years' experience in private practice in dispute resolution and have a genuine desire to learn and grow your career in the commercial litigation space (including insolvency), we would love to hear from you. Specifically, we seek individuals with:• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a desire to learn and a commitment to ongoing professional development.• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.• Ability to efficiently manage work across multiple matters under pressure, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional service to our clients.• A collaborative mindset and desire to learn, with an ability to also work independently.• Ability to build authentic relationships with colleagues and clients alike.• A proactive and enthusiastic approach, including when faced with uncertainty and new challenges.
