Associate/Senior Associate - Construction - Front & Back-End Work We are currently partnered with a mid-tier International Firm who are looking to add an experienced Construction Associate or Senior Associate into the team. This role will offer exposure to high profile matters with blue chip organisations both domestic and overseas. Furthermore, the position will be a mixture of front and back-end construction legal matters, working closely with a leading Partner in the industry who has been recognised as a leading Lawyer in this area year on year. Requirements: At least 3+ years of construction law experience in a top-tier firm or sophisticated in-house environment. Strong construction contract negotiation and drafting skills. Previous experience managing and advising on Construction disputes. Ability to handle litigation and arbitrations in Australian and international jurisdictions.
