Our Workplace Relations & Safety team advises large and medium corporate clients, insurers and government and statutory authorities. The practice is busy and growing further with high profile and high quality work in industrial relations, safety, investigations and employment matters. The team also works closely with our Corporate & Commercial team on a range of diverse and interesting transactional matters. You will work with a supportive and collaborative team, enjoy a healthy work life balance, be able to participate in pro bono matters and access a transparent pathway for promotion. About you You might have: Demonstrated experience or appetite to step into running contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including safety, enterprise bargaining, litigation, investigations and general advisory work; A strong interest in workplace relations and safety law as well as experience providing advice on employment matters across a range of commercial transactions; Excellent problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail; For senior candidates, an appetite for mentoring our up-and-coming junior cohort.
