AFC are looking for our next Assistant Area Manager for the VIC region, focusing our franchisee brand Sushi Izu! In this role, your responsibilities will include: Assist the Area Manager to oversee and execute new initiatives and continually strive towards operational excellence. Support the Area Manager in analysing data to implement best practices that drive efficiency, profitability and professionalism within sushi bar operations. Ensure that all assigned locations adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, company policies and QA Procedures. Assist with new store openings, including hiring and training staff members. Assist with store sales, including training and support of a new franchisee. Forecasting and sales tracking within the region to meet company objectives. Communicate effectively with client representatives and AFC support teams. To be successful in this role you will: Sushi and franchise experience is preferred but not essential. Possess exemplary people management skills, a positive can-do attitude and strong leadership skills. Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment.
