About The Opportunity: A well-known Italian restaurant in Noosa Heads is seeking a dedicated and experienced FOH Floor Manager/Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to deliver top-tier customer service in a fast-paced environment. Position: FOH Floor Manager/ Asst Restaurant ManagerLocation: Noosa Heads, QLDStarting Time: rotating shiftsSchedule: 38- 40 hrs per weekPay Rate: $1,750 per week Plus Super & OT Your key duties: Oversee and manage daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. Support the Restaurant Manager in staff training, scheduling, and overall team performance. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and overall restaurant appearance. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. What You’ll Need To Succeed: Previous experience in a similar managerial role in a high-volume restaurant. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for customer service and creating memorable dining experiences. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. They are also open to considering experienced senior wait staff who demonstrate leadership qualities and dedication to hospitality. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
