Traverse Alpine Group is excited to announce positions available for both Front Office Staff and a Front Office Manager at Astra Falls Creek. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a beautiful alpine setting. In these roles, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient front office operations, providing outstanding customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Front Office Staff Responsibilities Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor Handle check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency Manage reservations, inquiries, and front desk operations Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Process payments and maintain accurate billing Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Front Office Manager Responsibilities Supervise and lead front office staff, ensuring high standards of service Develop and implement front office procedures and policies Monitor guest satisfaction and address escalated concerns Manage daily front office operations, including staffing and budgeting Coordinate with other departments for seamless guest experiences Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations for staff Requirements Front Office Staff: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred Front Office Manager: Minimum of 3 years of front office management experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills for both roles Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proficient in hotel management software and reservation systems Ability to manage guest concerns with professionalism Flexible availability for both roles, including weekends and holidays Front Office Manager: Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team Detail-oriented and able to maintain high levels of accuracy Benefits A work culture that values inclusivity, cultural and gender equality in a professional and supportive work environment Access to a range of learning development activities to encourage career progression Organized group outings and an epic annual staff party Accommodation, in Falls Creek village, is offered within our group at a fraction of the cost.
