The Opportunity: We are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic and friendly audiology professional to become our Acting Audiology Partner for a 13-month fixed term contract across Specsavers Altona North and Sunshine commencing in March 2025 in a full-time capacity supporting the needs of the customers Monday – Friday weekly. The role of Acting Audiology Partner provides you with a unique opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the Specsavers model, taking care of an established location and fulfilling the role of a Specsavers Audiology Partner. A comprehensive 2.5-week Specsavers clinical standards and business management induction program, plus ongoing assistance from the Specsavers Audiology retail team and support office. Flexibility within the Specsavers framework to make day to day operational decisions. Requirements: Hold or be eligible to hold a qualified practitioner number as a full member of the appropriate professional body (Audiology Australia or The Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia or The Australian College of Audiology). Two years clinical experience post obtaining QP preferred A high level of interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships. Ability to lead and work collaboratively to achieve desired business outcomes.
