The purpose of this role is to apply technical knowledge and practical skills in the repair and replacement of Automotive Glass vehicles of all types. Automotive Glaziers/Technicians deliver this service in a professional, timely, and safe manner, observing the principles of customer focus and operational excellence in all tasks undertaken. Working Relationships Direct line reporting responsibility to the Branch Manager Dotted line reporting responsibility to the Auto Technician (Leading Hand) Working closely with colleagues, Automotive Technician, and Technical Trainers Travel As required within the region and interstate travel as required. Minimum Requirements Desirable: School Certificate Essential: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a reputation for positively engaging and influencing others Strong attention to detail and accuracy A high level of self-awareness and desire for ongoing personal development Desire to succeed, with an energetic and enthusiastic approach A high degree of flexibility with the ability to operate in a dynamic/changing environment Good organisational & time management skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks Key KPIs as Outlined in the Belron Score Card Skill Level: Level 1 Usual Time in each Level: 6 months NQJs: Less than 2.5% Belron Productivity Measure (Rolling 3 months): Greater than 70% Belron Assessment Scores: WS 80%, REP 90% & BG 80% Additional Targets as set e.g. Wipers If you meet the above criteria and you’re seeking a rewarding career with a nationally recognised household brand, then we would love to hear from you.
