Position Overview Located at our North Wyong Dealership, an exciting, unique opportunity has become available. As a Trainee Automotive Business Manager, you will learn to assist in the sale and arrangement of finance and insurance for our clients while being an integral member of our sales team. We will provide the relevant training internally and externally to ensure a smooth progression to build confidence in the individual to deliver strong results. Key Responsibilities: Support the sales team in enhancing sales processes and customer experiences. Assist in completing finance approval applications and managing settlement processes. Learn to demonstrate and explain finance, insurance, and warranty products to meet customer needs. Stay informed about the latest finance and insurance products. Understand and discuss the terms and conditions of various products under guidance. Aim to achieve KPIs and targets set by management. Skills & Experience: A keen interest in automotive sales or finance is essential. Willingness to learn about finance and warranty products and procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and a readiness to learn new systems. A professional attitude and respect for confidentiality. A motivated individual eager to grow and succeed in a sales environment. Previous experience in customer-facing roles is sought after, such as hospitality or retail work.
