Paid volunteer leave allowing you to give back to your chosen charity/community organisation About the role: Our Parts Interpreters provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, leveraging their expert automotive/mechanical knowledge. They assist customers with product information and advice, problem-solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques. Duties include: Interpret parts Process customer orders Efficiently dispatch products and parts Promote specials Arrange buy ins Process customer credits First point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone) Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
