With over 20 years of industry experience, TSS offers specialised courses designed to improve sales, customer experience, and leadership skills.THE ROLE The main aim of the role is to train, support, and mentor Sales Consultants and Managers across multiple dealerships in Queensland using TSS's industry-leading, data-driven training programs.In addition to enhancing dealership sales performance and coaching teams to achieve better results, you will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and generating leads to expand TSS’s reach within the automotive industry.This role offers the flexibility to manage your own schedule while driving professional development and business growth.Deliver engaging TSS sales training to Sales and Service Consultants. Proactively generate and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building. Encourage prospects to take advantage of a 30-day free trial of TSS services, with full support from the National Manager. Provide dealership leadership teams with performance insights and tailored solutions to enhance their team's success. Confidently present to Sales Consultants, Service Advisors, Managers, General Managers, and Dealer Principals. Leverage TSS training tools, including the TSS Online Training Academy (TSS TV) and StreamSpeak call insights, to drive results. Primarily an on-the-road role, visiting 2-3 dealerships per day while starting and finishing from home. Collaborate closely with the TSS team, ensuring collective success and continuous improvement. Receive ongoing support and training to build confidence and enhance your development. Travel 2-4 days per month, including occasional overnight stays. IDEAL CANDIDATE This position is ideal for individuals who demonstrate the following qualities:Experience as a Retail Sales Manager (or Acting Sales Manager) in an Australian dealership. Proven ability to generate new leads and business opportunities. Strong understanding of the sales process and dealership operations. Confident communicator with the ability to present and share ideas effectively at all levels. Professional presentation and communication style, combined with an easy-going, friendly, and upbeat personality. Demonstrated longevity in previous roles, showing commitment and stability. Enjoys being on the road, with a willingness to commute between dealerships daily. Passionate about delivering quality training and exceptional service. Naturally energised by engaging with people at all levels, from Sales Consultants to Dealer Principals. Thrives in a team environment, enjoying collaboration, banter, and strong rapport with both clients and colleagues.
