We are a family-owned Automotive Workshop in Geraldton along the WA coast. We are seeking a service supervisor that can perform vehicle services and lead the team in the workshop to ensure productivity and quality control. Position Overview: As our Automotive Service Supervisor, your day to day will have you allocating jobs to our technicians to ensure workflow efficiency and a high quality of work on our repairs. You will have jobs allocated to you during the week with your ability of time in mind. You will work with the technicians to troubleshoot problems and provide guidance and solutions on a variety of different mechanical issues that arise daily. You will drive superior customer service and ensure customer satisfaction is at the core of everything you do all while ensuring you have a high functioning team. You will work closely with the Service Advisor to ensure that workflow and customer satisfaction are a priority. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience within the automotive industry, particularly senior technicians or supervisors. Success Profile must have: Trade Qualified Automotive Mechanic A high level of mechanical experience to diagnose and problem solve Proven background in managing a team of Technicians Have a solid understanding of the workflow of a busy workshop Motivation and leadership skills to achieve results Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Effective communication High level of attention to detail Has their own tools relevant to the role A sound understanding of OH&S/WHS practices What can I earn as a Workshop Supervisor? #J-18808-Ljbffr
