About the role: Thiess is currently seeking an Autonomy Training Specialist to join the team at our Olive Downs Complex project on a 7/7 roster. In this role, you will: Provide Autonomous Systems training to the control team, ensuring effective use of MineStar Deliver optimisation training to enhance team members' skills Develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including the OEM Serve as Thiess’ representative and subject matter expert on site, maintaining a continuous focus on improvement About you Demonstrate your understanding of Caterpillar assets, including a deep working knowledge of Minestar Ideally come from a surface or underground mine site trade or technical operations background with a proven track record of delivering Caterpillar based haulage training Possess strong communication skills and be able to demonstrate your ability to coach and mentor crews and teammates Passionate about sharing knowledge and want a key role in the future of mining and autonomy A Cert IV TAE in training is not required, but highly regarded.
