Beverage Manager, the Model Server is responsible for serving and expediting guests’ drinks, promoting the lounge, entertaining and interacting with clientele, and ensuring the highest levels of guest service at all times. Sales Ability: Focus and sell designed products as selected by management. Positive Upbeat Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude as required. Image: Enhance the company's objective through maintenance of visual appearance. Standards: Uniform must be clean, fitted, and well maintained. Body presentation must reflect a healthy fit look. Team member appearance should be well prepared and ready to work. Essential Job Functions: Exhibits conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and departmental policies. Takes guest orders, serves drinks, and collects payments efficiently. Markets and promotes the lounge and services offered. Interacts and entertains guests to create a memorable experience. Maintains safety awareness and notifies the Supervisor of any issues. Assists with training new team members. Follows proper check settlement control procedures. Acts as a role model to all employees. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year experience in beverage/cocktail service. Previous experience in a nightclub and/or entertainment venue preferred. Current or previous modeling and/or promotions experience required. Must be able to wear the assigned uniform or special event costume. Must demonstrate the ability to wear specifically designed clothing with flair. Work Environment: Frequently required to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds. Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced, and often crowded. Must communicate effectively with guests in English. Closing: The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans.
