Overview We’re looking for a BI Analytics Manager to drive data intelligence for our clients. You will leverage data to shape high-impact marketing strategies for big brands (including a prominent automotive brand). You will thrive when turning data into actionable insights, be a key contributor in driving innovative data-led projects and create advanced dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions. You will spearhead our data analysis efforts, focusing on uncovering insights that drive client success in the digital landscape. Our ideal candidate would have had some exposure working on an automotive client (though not essential), exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to build and deliver BI products swiftly and effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker who can help bring together a team of analysts and other disciplines, collaborate with multiple clients and stakeholders to understand their specific challenges and propose BI-driven solutions to enhance marketing strategies. In this role you’ll get to: Create and maintain advanced BI products, CRM dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights for internal teams and clients. Help drive a team of business intelligence analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment that encourages innovation and excellence. Develop and implement a strategic business intelligence framework to support digital marketing initiatives across various client sectors, with a significant focus on automotive clients. Engage with clients to understand their specific challenges and propose BI-driven solutions to enhance their marketing strategies. Analyse diverse datasets to extract meaningful insights that inform marketing strategies and increase client engagement and ROI. Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure that the agency delivers cutting-edge solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital strategists, designers, and account managers, to ensure data insights are effectively integrated into client campaigns. Communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences, effectively bridging the gap between technical analysis and business strategy. Manage the business intelligence budget and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of tools, technologies, and personnel. The ideal candidate is/has: Min. 5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics in digital marketing, ideally within an agency. Some experience in leading and guiding project teams of data analysts and other disciplines, driving both individual and team success. Excellent proficiency in BI and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools including GA4/GTM and Adobe Analytics Audit. Experience/good understanding of Salesforce. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the capacity to transform data into insights that drive marketing innovation and client solutions. Excellent communication and client partnering skills, and the ability to articulate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Thorough understanding of the automotive industry, including trends, challenges, and marketing strategies (ideal, not essential). Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges. Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timeliness. A data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of key metrics and growth performance. A passion for innovation, creativity, technology, and creating outstanding customer experiences.
