Role Overview: As the Design Technology Leader, you will spearhead the advancement and maintenance of the firm's BIM and design technology platforms, with a particular emphasis on Revit. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, your mission will be to elevate the firm's Revit proficiency, ensuring consistent and superior outputs for clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to improve Revit adoption and BIM standards across the firm. Lead BIM and design technology initiatives. Provide technical support and training to team members on Revit. Collaborate with leadership and BIM coordinators to establish efficient workflows across various platforms. Manage and enhance the firm's BIM capabilities in partnership with software and hardware providers. Oversee the Revit Library, creating and updating components as needed. Qualifications and Skills: Tertiary qualification in architecture or a related field. Commitment to professional development with experience in various software applications and current BIM management strategies. Proficiency in Revit and BIM protocols, especially in complex projects involving architecture, interior design, and engineering coordination. Strong communication skills, capable of building effective working relationships. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail. Understanding of quality management systems and dedication to maintaining effective BIM standards.
