BIM Modeller and Design Co-Ordinator Location: Middle Park Company: SME Powered Services Description: About the role We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeller and Design Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team at SME Powered Services in Port Melbourne, VIC. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in the delivery of complex electrical construction projects. What you'll be doing Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for project designs Coordinate the design process, ensuring effective collaboration between multidisciplinary teams Review and validate design documents, drawings and models to ensure compliance with standards Provide technical support and guidance to project teams Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality Contribute to the development of design tools, templates and workflows Assist with the preparation of client deliverables and project reporting What we're looking for Extensive experience in 3D BIM modelling and coordination, preferably in a services environment Strong understanding of design processes, standards and regulatory requirements Proficient in the use of BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively liaise with multidisciplinary teams Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Continuous improvement mindset and a desire to explore new technologies What we offer At SME Powered Services, we are committed to creating a positive, inclusive and flexible work environment that allows our employees to thrive.
