What You’ll be doing: Leading our team of high level trainers by being our bootcamp guru Keeping our exceptional bootcamp experience high for our clients Ensure that our clients come in, have fun, and absolutely nail your bootcamp sessions Keeping your superstar team flying and deliver high quality experience to our clients! Hype up our community and outstanding members – keep them motivated and proud of their progress! Problem solving with client issues and challenges to keep them on track! Plan and execute epic, community-driven events such as charity bootcamps and fitness challenges! Our Ideal Candidate: Must be results-oriented - you care about both your client’s and your team’s success Experience in Leadership - a background in leadership is a huge plus, and experience in personal training and group fitness is a huge plus Excellent communicator - you're the type of person who can connect with people at all levels Always on time and highly reliable A team player who’s eager to contribute and collaborate Requirements: Certificate III & IV in fitness (or equivalent) Great attitude and hunger to learn First Aid & CPR (can complete after position offer) If this sounds like your brand of Protein Powder, we want to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
