The Role: With plenty of support from warm leads, you will be responsible for aiding in the growth of your own portfolio. You will start with 30 properties and work closely with the sales and leasing teams to drive new business opportunities.Sourcing new business opportunities Maintaining and developing landlord and tenant relationships Delivering a five-star client experience, maintaining the highest standards of service Managing the portfolio from end to end, including leasing, inspections, maintenance/repairs coordination, and arrears What We’re Looking For: As a key individual to this high-performing and fast-paced agency, we are looking for a confident and driven professional with exceptional leadership and business development skills.
