Backend Developer Initial 6 months contract with an expected six month extension. Extensive experience with NodeJS & NestJS backend development Flexible working arrangements Both fixed term salary and hourly options available Our client: A leading utilities client based in the Perth CBD to work on an innovative long term green energy pilot program. The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in NodeJS backend development, with expertise in NestJS and modern front-end frameworks like React or Vue. Key Requirements: Strong experience in NodeJS with knowledge of the NestJS framework Proficiency in React or Vue for front-end development Expertise in microservice architectures Hands-on experience with Kafka and streaming architectures Preferable knowledge of the DAPR framework Energy industry experience is essential. Remote candidates can be considered with an energy and utilities background.
