At Bakers Delight, our Bakers are responsible for: Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery Providing delightful customer service when required Assisting with stock control and production expenses To be considered for this role, you will need to: For Apprentices, be willing to continue an existing apprenticeship Be a morning person! Some shifts commence from 3am Have a positive attitude, love working in a team environment and learning new skills Be prepared to work hard and love getting your hands dirty Be available to work a 7 day rotating roster.
