About the role We’re seeking a Bank Deposit Product Specialist to join our team and support the Bank’s deposit portfolio, focusing on product development and enhancements, compliance and risk management, strategy and sustainability. You’ll support product campaigns, drive volume targets and make data-driven decisions to enhance business growth and the member experience. Create and continuously develop meaningful member solutions and experiences across all areas of banking products. Support the Bank’s deposit product portfolio, ensuring sustainability, competitiveness and compliance while driving volumes and growth. Integrate member feedback and data to identify issues and opportunities within bank operations, systems, products, and services. Liaise with key stakeholders to develop and implement product campaigns, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with RACQ's goals and purpose. Analyse and report on member experience metrics, trends and data to improve bank offerings and ensure alignment with member value and satisfaction. About you You’ll have solid experience within the financial services industry, including knowledge in product management and/or member experience. Your exceptional logical, organisational and prioritisation skills will help you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where you'll have a direct impact on business growth and member experience. In-depth knowledge of banking operations and the end-to-end value chain of banking. Proven experience in developing and recommending member experience solutions and implementing projects. Experience in the development and implementation of projects and initiatives, including change management practices. Excellent ability to analyse, interpret and communicate both written and verbal information to stakeholders at all levels. Why join RACQ?
