The Role An exciting opportunity has become available for a Junior Lawyer to join our Sydney Banking and Finance team, supporting Graeme Gurney and Norman Donato. The role is primarily focused on front-end banking and finance and will include a range of matters including corporate finance, property and construction finance, fund work, asset finance, receivables financing and advisory work in multiple fields including PPSA. Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have between 1-3 years’ experience as a banking and finance lawyer from a reputable firm. We are seeking a lawyer who prides themselves on their commitment, resilience and can work independently on matters. You must have excellent client service skills and a strong work ethic.
