Banking & Finance Lawyer – New York City NYC 1 July Associate salary; Sponsorship + NY Bar exam support + relocation + sign-on bonus + bonus; Band 1 ranked team; NYC 40% of Associates are ethnic minorities – double the industry average One-third of US practice areas led by minority/woman partner Skills & experience You will be an Banking & Finance Lawyer who would like to pivot to Asset/Aviation Finance at the 3-7 year level (admitted in 2015-2018), or more senior who would like to move to New York and sit your New York Bar exams , or you may already be admitted to the NY Bar. Your new Associate role Will see you join this World class Global Asset Finance team in New York . Consistently ranked Band 1 by Chambers and Tier 1 by Legal 500. Work with four (4) partners including the Head of Banking & Finance, Head of Aviation Finance and Head of Diversity Committee and eight Associates, who are both home-grown and lateral (equally valued). Your practice will focus primarily on aircraft finance including capital markets issuances, portfolio securitizations, acquisitions and sales, private placements, secured, unsecured and asset based lending and restructurings, and leasing (finance and leveraged). Represent lenders, underwriters, operating lessors, manufacturers and export credit agencies.
