Job Description
Nicholas Scott is working with an international top-tier corporate law firm who are seeking experienced, high-performing lawyers to join their growing practice in Sydney. The Banking and Projects group advises leading Australian and international financial institutions, investment banks, corporations and private equity funds. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a desire, and the capacity, to work on high-profile and technically challenging transactions. Ideally, an ambitious high performer, looking to work in an environment where performance will be duly recognised and rewarded accordingly. Requirements: 3+ years’ experience with strong exposure to leveraged, acquisition, project and/or corporate/real estate finance transactions A desire to work on technically challenging matters The ability to work effectively with clients The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment Superior analytical skills Strong drafting skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
