The Role As a Banking Software Sales Director , you will be responsible for expanding market share by identifying and closing new business opportunities with banks and financial institutions. This remote role is based in Australia, offering the flexibility to engage with clients across the region while working for a globally recognized company at the forefront of banking technology . Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the APAC region and beyond. Build and manage relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in banks and financial institutions. Present and position banking software solutions , including core banking, risk management, compliance, and digital transformation technologies . Manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals. Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and product development , to tailor solutions to client needs. Stay ahead of banking technology trends and regulatory changes to provide value-driven insights to clients. What You Bring: 5+ years of experience in SaaS or banking software sales , selling to banks or financial institutions. Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets in financial technology. Strong understanding of banking operations, digital transformation, and regulatory requirements .
