Bankwest Senior Manager Digital Performance – Perth See yourself in our team The Chief Digital Office’s purpose is to attract and retain target customers through experiences informed by analytics & insight. The Digital Performance Senior Manager sits within the Digital Acquisition and Onboarding Crew and supports the delivery of Bankwest digital experience and features to our customers across all digital channels. Do work that matters As Senior Manager Digital Performance , you will lead using your digital expertise, strategic thinking & analytical mind to reimagine digital experiences to maximize customer & business outcomes. You will be responsible for digital performance reporting and using this understanding to support all parts of the end-to-end customer journey from acquisition, engagement & onboarding through to in-life and retention initiatives that live out our best in digital ethos. Working closely with partners and stakeholders, you will support ideation, build, delivery, measurement and conversion of personalized digital experiences to deliver the Digital Strategy. Your responsibilities will include: Ongoing digital performance reporting and ad hoc analysis and deep dives to support the development, forecasting and prioritization of initiative & experimentation roadmaps to achieve Digital targets & objectives. Drive results and performance metrics through detailed understanding of digital analytics and customer insights to optimize our customer’s experience journey and conversion. Demonstrate and communicate successful growth and performance initiatives via management reporting and presentations. Provide thought leadership and support to other Digital or Non-Digital projects ensuring every opportunity is leveraged. Personally implement initiatives as well as coach, lead and develop a team to achieve objectives. Leverage technology investments to drive additional conversion and content to drive optimal conversion. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within Digital, Marketing, Product, Technology, Distribution and other relevant areas to achieve end-to-end customer outcomes. We're interested in hearing from people who have: 5+ years of leadership experience in a digital or consulting environment (or similar leadership experience). Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management. Demonstrated success in a digital/data risk-focused role, achieving customer outcomes within tight time frames. Understanding of the compliance and regulatory environment within financial services. Ability to troubleshoot and investigate systems or procedural issues, pull together information and analyze data within tight timeframes and report to key stakeholders. Technical knowledge and previous experience within a technical role desirable. Knowledge of Bankwest systems is desirable but not essential. Familiarity with business and financial principles.
