Job description Wentworth by the Sea Resort and Spa is accepting applications for a Captain to join our Banquet leadership team. Our food and beverage operation is extremely busy and offers a high earning potential. Compensation for our Banquet Captain position is a base rate of pay per hour plus gratuity. Activities of our Banquet Captains include organizing and supervising the service team for business meetings and social events and acting as a primary contact for our guests during each event. Service experience preferred but not required. What is required is a strong leadership presence and the ability to delegate responsibilities and oversee their completion. Flexibility in scheduling including weekends and holidays is necessary.
